If you forgot your user name or password for Fortis email or CampusLink (Campus Portal) please bring a picture ID to your friendly Learning Resource Center Manager for an update.
For Canvas, click on "Forgot Password" and submit a request, using your Fortis email address.

Your user name is assigned by the administrator. It is usually your first name and last name with no space between. Example: SusanJones@my.fortis.edu

userid@my.fortis.edu

When giving out your address, be sure to include the dots between the words.
