Centerville: General Library Rules

Library & Resource Center Policies

1. Library resources are only available to current students, faculty, and staff of Fortis College, Centerville.

2. All library materials taken out of the library must be checked out. A checkout sheet is available if staff are not present.

3. Students are expected to sign in with the reasons for use each time they enter the library.

4. All users are expected to respect the privacy of other users.

5. Phone calls, music, and loud conversations that disrupt other students' work are not permitted.

6. Electronics are required to be silent while in the library, and headphones are required for listening to audio (feel free to ask for a pair if needed).

7. Food and drinks are allowed in the library, but not while using library resources. Drinks must be sealed.
