The Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary defines ESL as "the teaching of English to people who speak a different language and who live in a country where English is the main language spoken." This is a collection of online resources for those students and the instructors who teach them.

Student will assessed, then will go into their office in Ft Pierce to use the Rosetta Stone software. Tutoring is also available, and free classes are available on Tuesdays at Morningside Library. This sounds like a very time-flexible option.
